Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail or call us within 14 days of receipt to obtain a refund. Please package the item securely with the original receipt and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account. Credits are given for purchases after 14 days of receipt (less shipping costs). All products must be unused and undamaged, in original packaging (whenever possible) to receive a full refund. electronicCrap reserves the right to refuse a refund request or charge a restocking fee if returns do not comply with this policy. If you wish to exchange an item that was purchased through electronicCrap.com, please package the item securely with the original receipt noting the exchange along with your contact information, then mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. We will then call or email you to process a new order for the item or items you would like to exchange. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility. If you received a gift and would like to make an exchange, please e-mail or call us and we can assist you. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
